My work is based on the Trust Technique (the method of trust). This method is very helpful in releasing fear, stress, and trauma, and in bringing calm into everyday life. It provides an excellent foundation for establishing new behaviors. The method can also be used by yourself in your daily life.

When an animal is stressed or afraid, its nervous system is in survival mode and it is not able to learn something new.

I also work with humans, including Human Design. Animals are extremely sensitive and react to our nervous system. It is therefore essential that you are relaxed yourself, feel safe, and are able to guide your dog.

I recommend a minimum of three sessions. With me, you first learn the Trust Technique and then work independently with your animal. We work directly at your home, where the problems occur.

The Trust Technique is an effective method to support humans and their animals in reducing stress, building trust, overcoming behavioral issues, and growing together.

The Trust Technique was developed by James French through his work with animal communication and Reiki.

It is a brilliant method for resolving challenges in both animals and humans:
to overcome fears and trauma, and to support better communication and connection.

In TT, we work without pressure, dominance, forced obedience, or fear. The foundation is peaceful communication through emotions.

The goal is to lower the level of thinking in order to release blocking emotions.

What does it mean to share emotions, and how does this affect our relationship with animals?

When we think too much, we lose connection with ourselves and with others. Thinking less means being present and authentic.

When we think too much, it becomes impossible to perceive, learn, or understand what is around us; we enter a vicious cycle of problems.

The aim of the method is to reduce excessive thinking in order to promote trust, connection, calmness, and communication.

The practice of TT helps both humans and animals reduce mental overactivity and enter a deeply relaxing healing state, making it possible to overcome behavioral problems.

When we are completely calm, we are in deep connection with ourselves and others. It is a meditative state in which physical and emotional healing becomes possible.

Without mental activity, the body shows signs of relaxation (we call this “dreaming”). In this state, trauma can dissolve.

When we are completely still inside, we are able to truly listen to others. Supporting an animal in this healing state creates a very deep connection and relationship: the animal feels safe and heard.

It feels connected when it understands that the human is helping it relax. It feels safe, can have new experiences, and begins to trust.

In addition, TT supports cooperation, for example when a horse is afraid to enter a trailer.

Because when an animal is supported in a peaceful state, it wants to be with its human simply because it feels understood, safe, and acknowledged. We show the animal that we take responsibility; it can trust us.

Human Design

Human Design is a modern system of self-knowledge that combines different traditional and scientific approaches – including astrology, the I Ching, the chakra system, as well as aspects of quantum physics.

It serves as a kind of “map of your personality” and shows how you function energetically, how you make decisions, and how you interact with your environment. The goal is to help you better understand yourself and live more authentically.

Human Design does not aim to put you into a box, but rather to make your individual energy, strengths, and natural tendencies visible.

Many people use Human Design to:

  • gain more clarity about themselves
  • make better decisions
  • develop greater trust in their inner authority
  • better understand relationships and communication
  • live more in alignment with their true nature

Human Design works with an individual chart (bodygraph), based on date, time, and place of birth. This results in a unique energetic profile.

It is not a scientifically recognized system in the classical sense, but an interpretative model of self-knowledge and personal development.

The goal is awareness: to recognize yourself in your uniqueness and to make your life more coherent, clear, and authentic.
