What you will find here:

You will learn to recognize stress, fear, or blockages in your animal. You will know how to stay calm and lead with confidence, and you will be able to support your animal at any time.

Your animal learns cooperation and trust, and enjoys working with you – whether it is hoof care, veterinary visits, or trailer training.

There is no place here for quick tricks or pressure-based methods: we do not work with dominance, mechanical conditioning, or superficial training instructions. If you are only looking for fast results or want to use coercion, this is not the right place for you.

For experienced animal owners who want more: this is right for you if you have experience, reach your limits, and are ready to include your own behavior, thinking, and emotions in the process. The goal is a sustainable partnership with your animal that benefits both of you.

You receive concrete methods, practical implementation support, and guidance to use tools like the Trust Technique safely – for real, long-term change.

How I work.

I see humans and animals as a team. Only those who act with calm, clarity, and awareness can create true cooperation and trust.

My approach is based on listening, observation, and awareness. I help you recognize stress, fear, and blockages in your animal and respond appropriately, without forcing behavior.

The Trust Technique is a tool, embedded in clarity, self-regulation, and mindfulness. Each situation is considered individually; there are no standard recipes, but rather guidance that fits you and your animal.

I work on the root causes, not just the symptoms. Changes are sustainable because they are based on trust, understanding, and safety – allowing you to learn to act with confidence and sovereignty in the long term.

Many behavioral problems arise from deep-rooted causes: trauma, stress, or unconscious patterns that are often overlooked. I help humans and animals recognize these causes and achieve genuine cooperation, trust, and calm.

Conditioning and domestication are essential for survival, but they can become toxic if they remain unexamined. I show how to consciously recognize old patterns and sustainably transform the behavior of both humans and animals in a positive way.

Humans and animals are part of nature. My approach helps restore intuition, instinct, and connection to one’s essential core – without idealization, coercion, or quick fixes.

It is not about short-term solutions, but about long-term clarity, safety, and partnership – for people who are ready to take responsibility and create real change.

Why I do what I do.

You are in the right place if you have experience with animals but are reaching your limits. If your animal shows stress, becomes blocked, or reacts with aggression – and conventional methods do not resolve it. If you are willing to reflect on your own behavior, thinking, and emotions instead of relying on pressure or dominance.

You are not in the right place if you are looking for quick fixes, want to use coercion, or are not willing to actively participate in the process of change. Those who expect only superficial results will not find what they are looking for here.

How to continue:

If you are ready to truly transform your relationship with your animal and find clear, sustainable solutions, the next step is a personal consultation. Here you can discover how I work, which method is right for you and your animal, and how we can work together on your specific challenges.

Book a consultation or sign up directly for 1:1 support – we will clarify where you are right now, which steps make sense, and how real change can become possible.

You still have doubts?

I understand you very well. No matter what you have tried so far, it simply isn’t working. You have attended trainers, completed online courses, tried boarding training, and repeatedly heard the same empty promises: “In just a few minutes, with this method, everything will change.” And yet: once you are back home, the old behavior returns – often even worse than before. You feel helpless, you start doubting yourself, and you wonder whether you are truly doing right by your animal.

With me, there is no mechanical training. I work with you and your animal as a team, looking at the root causes: fear, stress, insecurity, trauma. You learn to understand your animal, regulate your own reactions, and lead with authenticity. Your animal learns to trust you again, to cooperate, and to express itself. Together, we build a real, stress-free relationship based on trust and partnership – not on submission, obedience, or quick fixes.

In the end, you become calm, confident, and grounded – your animal relaxed, cooperative, and happy. No frustration and no empty promises, but real change that is sustainable and applicable in everyday life. I guide you through this process and stay by your side until you feel confident enough to continue on your own.

Feedback

My greatest challenge is gaining Henri’s trust.

Through Reija, I have learned how to properly apply the Trust Technique and what it can achieve. It worked wonderfully with Henri.

My fear of failure and my self-confidence are still areas I need to work on.

I want to overcome this challenge because my horse’s well-being and life depend on it. For myself, I want to resolve it in order to step into my power, finally live fully, and help Henri.

Reija, you taught me that I am capable and how to apply it.

Catherine and Henri

Reija impressed me from the very beginning with her dedication to animals and her deep understanding of them.

She helped me communicate to my Border Collie that I would be away for four weeks and showed me the Trust Technique. Everything went smoothly, and it was truly beautiful to see how the energy between my dog and me changed after she worked with us.

Our new horse Happy was very difficult. The Trust Technique helped her become calmer and more open towards me.

She was always resistant, no matter what I did with her. I had major difficulties with her and I didn’t understand her at all.

No one in my environment believed that the Trust Technique would be helpful for her. Everyone said she needed more strictness.

But Happy has become calmer, like all my horses.

I also have to add that I have changed as well. My energy has shifted in a positive way. Of course, this also has a positive effect. But everything is connected. We have developed together.

With Mila, the greatest challenges were and still are her fears of children, noise, and generally the negative experiences she had as a puppy. She is mistrustful, and it is not always possible to touch her or be close to her.

Now we have a more pleasant relationship; trust is growing more and more, and she knows that she is safe here with me. I am grateful that she can simply have a beautiful life and enjoy it.
